Generally speaking, our life is full of suffering. Many troubles and difficulties lie in our way. However, we have to survive. Active Psychotherapy gives the client a vital opportunity to develop an ingenious plan and find away out of his troubles in relation to the therapist. In the paper the author examined how to make an ingenious plan. The crucial point was that the therapist offered the client a suggestion by which he could think out a practicable plan or solution
