Application of food industrial waste to agricultural land

All natural resource materials on earth are of a limited amount. Many of the elements in a fertilizers are also limited in availability. Recently, strong interest has developed for the use of the organic fertilizer to maintain soil fertility, biological activity and ecological environment. Food industrial waste is an important one of the organic fertilizer resources. In this paper characteristics of food industrial waste and the attention matters on the their application to agricultural land were summarized.
