This study was intended to realize the relationship between the inferiority feelings and psychological adjustments of modern college women students. Several findings were takenout on this study. (1) There was no significant developmental difference in the inferiority feelings between 4 grades of students. (2) Modern Japanese adolescent women felt on acharacter-inferiority most seriously, and nexts were social- and ability-inferiority, then the lowest was physical-inferiority, (3) but, there was peculiar developmental ascending on only the level of character, inferiority. (4) There was significant developmental change on the psychological adjustment, especially at 1st and 4 th grades. (5) Women students indicated high tendency to the mental maladjustment. (6) There was significant relationship and interaction between inferiority feeling and psychological adjustment. (7) Each factor of inferiority feelings affected to the four factors of adjustments respectively.
