筆者はすでにArtemisia ヨモギ属の二倍体級(2n=18，16)の6種A.capillaris カワラヨモギ(2n=18)，A.fukudo フクド(2n=16)，A.keiskeana イヌヨモギ(2n=18)，A.feddei ヒメヨモギ(2n=16)，A.monophylla ヒトツバヨモギ(2n=18)およびA.stelleriana シロヨモギ(2n=18)について核型分析を行ない，それらの種の核型を明らかにした(MASUMORI, 1961
