This study reports how a school counselor conducted his work at an elementary school and what hi thought about it. This stud reflected two viewpoints, one of which was his impression about teachers and the other his attitude towards them .The former aspect was considered from the point of view of standing differences between school counselor and teachers, latter aspect was considered in light of the past experiences of school counselor himself. This study concluded that the school counselor had different roles from those of teachers', and should take care to prevent projection.
