RIST
濾胞性リンパ腫の31歳の女性において,リンパ腫は繰り返し施行された通常の化学療法に不応性であり,患者はその薬剤毒性による心臓機能不全を有していてこれ以上化学療法を繰り返し受けることは困難であった.化学療法を終わりにすることおよび移植片対リンパ腫細胞graft versus lymphoma (GVL)効果を得る目的にて患者はmelphalanおよびcladribineによる弱い強度の移植前処置による同種末梢血造血幹細胞移植RISTを受けた.移植後の造血能の回復は迅速で,完全キメラも得られ,移植片対宿主病graft versus host disease (GVHD)の出現もなく1年間はリンパ腫は寛解状態であったが,1年後に頚部リンパ節の腫脹をみた.これはGVHDの予防の目的で投与していた免疫抑制剤cyclosporinの中止により消退した.本症例はその後も6ヶ月間寛解を維持しており合併症も無く,患者の生活の質は良好である.
