A case of rhabdomyosarcoma was reported. The Patient, 2-year-old girl, had an abdominal pain as an initial symptom and was operated because of the abdominal tumor, which originated from the retroperitoneal area and was diagnosed pathohistologically as embyonal rhabdomyosarcoma. At present, she is in good condition after the chemotherapy of one year's duration.
