Regional pedicled flaps, such as forehead flap, D-P flap and pectoralis major myocutaneous flap (PM M-C flap) for reconstruction after radical operation of the malignant tumor of the head and neck were introduced and were viewed the cases at the pre- and post-operative condition and discussed indication for the head and neck surgery. Cases collected at Department of Otolaryngology Yamaguchi University Hospital for 5 years since 1979 were used for thorough review. Findigs were as follows
