An autopsy case of malignant hepatic mixed tumor of 1 year 7 months old boy was reported. The liver weighing 1,550g was occupied almost completely by a large mass of multinodular tumors, which consisted of varying amount of fibrous tissue, cartilage, bone, striated muscle and suddenly occuring epithelial pearls. Histogenesis and its classification was dicussed.
