A cell-counting method is described for estimation of the number of nucleated cells in the thymolymphatic tissues and bone marrow. The principle of the method consists of preparing the cell suspension of each tissue and of making hemocytometer count of uncleated cells. Data obtained from 15 young adult albino rats weighingaround 200 g are summarized in Table 1.
