鉄筋コンクリートばりの荷重時における鉄筋に生ずるひずみの大きさは, 一般に既往の実験結果より鉄筋コンクリートばりの圧縮側におけるひずみ分布様相中の同位置のひずみ値にほとんど一致することが認められている.単過鉄筋コンクリートばりに対する, 以上の見解にもとずいた中立軸位置係数値を含んだ破壊曲げモーメント式の計算によれば, 著者の既報の式より実験結果に対して一層の良結果がえられたが, 鉄筋コンクリートばりの圧縮側全域に関係した圧縮応力にもとずく計算と異なりその差が僅少なので既報の近似式を用いて差支えないことを述べた.
