The inhibitory effects of various kinds of drugs on inducinｇmurine amyloidosis were nvestigated. C_3H/He mice were divided into 12 groups and weresubcutaneously administered with Colchine, VitaminA, OK-432, Levamisole, Cepharanthine, Diphtheria toxoid, Dimethyl sulfoxide, Chlorella extract, or Cytochalasin B for a week, respectively. Then, the animals were received a single intraperitoneal injection of a mixture of complete Freund's adjuvant and Microbacterium butyricum followed by countinous administrations of each drug for 10 or 14 days.
