An epidemic of rubella occurred in an oligophrinic sanatorium between April and July, 1976. Chinical histories and symptoms were surveied on 95 cases of the sanatorium, and the rubella antibody titers (hemagglutination-inhibition test) were examined on paired sera. The results were summarized as that infected cases were 81(85.3%), and non-infected cases were 14 (14.7%
