Abstract.This paper is devoted to show that a given element, set,cone and functions satisfy the proposed condition if､ and only if､ a Lagrange multiplier rule is satisfied, and that a Lagrange multiplier rule is satisfied by a solution of an optimization problem defined in Banach spaces.
