Descriptions
According to the methods which were used in the former experiments, every kind of salt solution, for example, PBS, Tyrode, Hanks, Earle and LYH (added with Lactalbumin Hydrolysate in the rate of 0.5% and with yeast Extract in the rate of 0.01% into Hanks solution respectively) and EYL (added with the same ingredients in the same rate as was LYH) was used as medium and the grade of multiplication of virus was measured by LD_<50> of the infected mouse in the same way as the former experiments. Furthermore, the histo-pathological examination was concurrently carried out on the chorio allantoic membrane of these materials to find the morphological changes of membrane occurred with the virus multiplication. Some lesurts were obtained in these experiments. The results were as follows: 1. Among the various salt solutions used in the present expriment LYH and EYL was the best for the virus multiplication and gave the almost fixed virus titer, but it was risen up agein by adding with ox serum in the rate of 10%. ....
