Evaluation of support training to improve new nurses' fundamentals

近年,若い世代の環境は大きく変化してきており,人間関係の構築や社会への適応能力に問題をもつ者も少なくない.A看護部では,社会に適応する能力として経済産業省より提唱されている社会人基礎力の育成を目的としたプログラム(以下サポート研修とす)を,新人看護師を対象とした集合教育に取り入れた.サポート研修は,コミュニケーションI,II,ﾒンタルヘルス,社会人基礎力の4項目から構成し,4,5月に行った.本研究は,サポート研修における新人看護師の社会人基礎力育成の効果を評価することを目的とした.方法は,サポート研修を行った平成26年度入職の新人看護師とそのプリセプターを介入群,行っていない平成25年度入職の看護師とそのプリセプターを非介入群とし,独自に作成した新人看護師の社会人基礎力スケールを用い,社会人基礎力の自己評価,他者評価を統計的手法により比較検討した.自己評価は,介入群を入職後2,6,12ヵ月目,非介入群を12ヵ月目,他者評価は両群とも12ヵ月目にデータ収集した.12ヵ月目の自己評価は,すべての項目で非介入群より介入群の評価が高く,働きかけ,実行力,創造力,発信力,傾聴力,柔軟性,状況把握力,ストレス･コントロール力育成において有意差がみられた.介入群の自己評価を2,6,12ヵ月目と経時的にみると,すべての項目において評価が高くなっていた.一方,12ヵ月目の他者評価は,すべての項目で介入群の評価が低く,働きかけ,実行力,柔軟性において有意差がみられた.両群の12ヵ月目の自己評価,他者評価では共に,主体性が最も高く,発信力が最も低かった.以上より,サポート研修は,受講した新人看護師は社会人基礎力の向上を実感していたが,プリセプターが効果を実感するには至らなかったと考える.また,新人看護師の強みは主体性,弱みは発信力であると考える.

Nursing Department A has introduced a program(support training)into collective education with the purpose of improving new nurses' fundamentals.Those who trained and their preceptors were defined as an intervention group, while those who did not and their preceptors were defined as a non-intervention group.Using a custom-tailored scale of fundamentals, self-assessment and assessment by others were compared and examined through statistical methods.According to the two groups' self-assessments, the intervention group scored higher than the non-intervention group in all categories. Support training enhanced ability to approach, executive ability, creativity, communication skills, listening ability, flexibility, situational judgment and stress control, as evidenced by the results which showed significant differences. Through a chronological survey, it was found that scores increased in all categories of the intervention group's self-assessment.However, according to the two groups' assessment by others, the intervention group scored lower than the non-intervention group in all categories. Among these, ability to approach, executive ability and flexibility showed significant differences.Therefore, the suggestion is that those who took support training felt its effectiveness, but the preceptors did not. Independence scored highest and communication skills scored lowest in all cases, highlighting the correlating strengths and weaknesses of new nurses.
