The concept of dissociation, which French psychologist Janet has established in the research of multiple personality, is not only the matter of this phenomenon, but also of the shamanism and mysterious experience of religion. Moreover the dissociation can be found in the normal state of conciousness. Therefore this phenomenon can be the model of general human conciousness.
