Descriptions
Detailed measurements are made about behavior of the turbulent boundary layer develops on a flat plate of which leading edge shape is round. This kind of flat plates is widely used in an experimental research of forced convective heat transfer. From these results, wall law, velocity defect law and two-dimensionality of flow fields are discussed.
