Descriptions
For the Optimal flood control by dam reservoirs, a precise forecast of flood is the most necessary matter. But a precision of flood forecast is now very low. Therefore, we must establish a system that copes flexibly and optimaly with any flood under their unsufficient forecast. In this paper we applied a Dynamic Programming to obtain the optimal flood control by dam reservoirs at Sabagawa in Yamaguchi district.
