The development of rapid clinical test is one of the important problems in the diagnosis of antibiotic susceptibility for coliform bacteria. As a first step to approach that, we have been calculating the method to obtain some diagnosis parameters. The present paper tries specially to verify the validity of our fitting method to obtain the parameters from the experimental data of E. coli under application of sulbenicillin. The analysis is carried out in the following lines
