The purpose of this study is to clarify the relation of the manufacturing establishments location trends and urban in the shrinking era. In addition to it, to reveal cooperation between those establishments. Therefore, Wesurveyed cooperation on the manufacturing establishments and those location trends in Okawa city of 1968-2013. As a result of surveys, the relation between the manufacturing establishments location trend and urban from the late 1960s to the present could be classified into four periods. Also, cooperation between those were found that adjacent municipalities is in the basic area.
