It is difficult to say that teaching method of expression has been appropriate when we look at problems of children's expression. The study attempts to propose an alternative method of teaching by recognizing what the teaching of Expression should be from a standpoint of both human development and activities of expression. As one of its processes this paper examines a view on teaching found in the concept `expression' in the course of study for kindergarten.
