障害等のある学生の相談対応にみる支援の現状と課題 : 山口大学の事例から

平成28 年4 月に「障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律」が施行され，日本の高等教育機関では，障害のある学生への支援の充実が一層求められている。合理的配慮の提供のためには，支援業務の中でも相談対応は欠かせない。本稿では，山口大学学生特別支援室の組を例に，障害等のある学生の相談対応状況と支援に関する課題を整理したい。相談から支援へ展開していくためには，組織だった支援につなげていく仕組みが必要であり，また多様な相談への対応のためには学内の連携体制の充実が重要となる。
