健常人の睡眠に対するplacebo効果
Imaizumi Jyunichi
Descriptions
There have been many reports about placebo effects such as anxiolytic, analgesic effects, nausea and vertigo. However, there have been few reports about the placebo effects on nocturnal sleep. In the present study, polysomnographic examinations during 4 consecutive nights on drug-free-, placebo-administration-and benzodiazepine- ingestion-periods were each undertaken using 8 male university students. Placebo or 5mg nitrazepam were administered at 22:30 hr in a double blind crossover design. There was a 10-day interval between each period. Polysomnograms were recorded according to the method described in the standardized sleep manual of Rechtschaffen and Kales. Polysomnographic recording was started at 23:00 hr and continued until the natural awakening of the subjects the next morning
