Hepatic Hemangioma with Cardiac Failure in Infants : Report of Two Cases

The development of arteriovenous communication frequently results in severe congestive cardiac failure in the hepatic hemangioma. We reported two cases of hepatic hemangioma with cardiac failure. The first patient was a 2-month-old woman who was treated by prednisolone (2mg/kg/day) for four weeks. Four weeks later, the patient was discharged without hepatic hemangioma. The second patient was a 2-month-old woman who underwent upon twice operations
