Descriptions
Fine particles frequently appeared after glow-discharging on the supporting membrances. This type of particles showed the sizes between 50 and 90 Å In diameter, and they often interferred watching of electron microscope image and spoiled the beauty of EM-graphs. So that, the cause of appearance and the true character of them were detected. As a result, fine particles usually observed on the supporting membrane with carbon coating after discharging in the polluted ion-coater and not in the clean one. The true character of the particles was not disolved by even electron-microdiffraction and reserved for the future work.
