The radiosensitizing effect of Ro-07-0582 on the mean survival time of mice and miotic delay time of the cells using the Ehrlich Ascities Tumor Cells were examined. Experimental method was undergone via in vitro or in vitro irradiation before in vitro assay. Under hypoxic condition containing Ro-07-0582, mean survival time of the mice was affected. In this instance, the enhancement ratio showed 1.85 in vitro and 1.95 in vitro. As for the miototic delay time of the cells, low dose irradiation (from 50 rads to 200 rads) induced miotic delay.
