Descriptions
Community participation is positively used for the development process in public facilities in Japanese many governments. However, there are a lot of examples lacking in substance and it is supposed without turning down an aim of the community participation. In this research, I survey and analyze the process of design from the viewpoint of process design for this problem. Therefore, continuous participation of the resident and the planner was seen, and it was able to be confirmed to attempt sharing information by sending the local populace information in the entire design process. Moreover, community participation was used as a tool to know various aspects in the region according to the designer, and it was able to be confirmed that the place of the discussion was formed to not only the function and management but also an architectural form and Machidukuri.
