Usually economics explains that a price and a real wage rete are determined independently and if a price and a real wage rate move freely full employment is accomplished. However I think that goods market affects labor market. If the sales of goods decrease the wage rate decreases and unemployment rate goes up. In this paper I present an economic model to explain these totally.
