A 4-year-old girl with multifocal LCH of bone was admitted to Shimonoseki General Municipal Hospital and treated with 10Gy of irradiation to the lesions in the left femur with curettage, the skull and the left scapula. Local healings occurred in all of the three lesions within a half year on radiographs. The new lesion in the fourth lumbar vertebra came out a year after the time of diagnosis and still remained without neuropathy.
