The structural transitions from the normal phase I to the incommensurate phase II, the commensurate phase III and the commensurate phase IV were reinvestigated. Sometimes additional supperlattice reflections were observed around the III-IV transition. The successive transition is explained by a phenomenological free energy. Based on the model, the condition for appearance of the intermediate phase between phases III and IV is discussed.
