内容記述(抄録等)Each of the three kinds of viscous fluids, CMC, APG, D-sorbit was added to a pure water solution of LAA; all of them were mixed and added to another pure water solution of LAA; all of these viscous fluid and PPS were mixed and added to a third pure water solution of LAA. Each liquid was heated at 60℃. for 60 minutes, and the effects of these processes on the preservation of LAA from oxidation were compared and examined. (1) The viscous fluids, CMC, APG, D-sorbit were considered to have the effect of preserving LAA from oxidation, and in respect of effectiveness, their mutual relation was as follows: CMC > APG > D-sorbit. ( 2 ) When some kinds of viscous fluids, especially D-sorbit and CMC or D-sorbit and APG were mixed and added to a solution of LAA, the effect of preserving LAA from oxidation was noticeable. ( 3 ) The addition of some viscous fluids mixed with PPS is less effective than the addition of a single viscous fluid; therefore, the mixed addition did not prove to be peculiarly effective. It was considered to mean that viscous fluids prevent the action of the chelate compound.
