内容記述(抄録等)I) We examined the realationship between the aortic compliance (COMP), systemic vascular resistance (SVR) and the time interval from the onset of carotid pulse tracing (CPT) to anacrotic notch (anacrotic notch time ; ANT) in 35 patients with ischemic heart diseases and in 15 normal subjects, analysis the aortic pressure tracing obtained by Miller's catheter and the CPT. There were positive correlations between the COMP and the ANT and between the COMP and the ANT normalized to ejection time (ANT/ET). Negative correlations were also found between the SVR and the ANT, and between the SVR and the ANT/ET. Furthermore, the COMP obtained from aortic pressure tracing was positively correlated with the COMP derived from the CPT. These rexults suggest that the analysis of the CPT determined nonivasively os useful to evaluate the aortic property. II) Relationship between the ANT and the ejection flow pattern in the LV outflow tract (LVOFT) derived from the pulse Doppler flow tracing was also analyxed in 13 patients with hypertensive heart disease and in 13 normal subjects. There were positive correlations between the acceleration time of blood flow signal normalized to ejection time (AcT/ET) and the ANT/ET, which suggest that the flow pattern in the LVOFT reflects not only the LV pump function but also the aortic property.
